• Company Cancellations: In the event we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the payments made.

Travel insurance is recommended for all participants. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy covers all travel-related risks, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of property.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) are valid.
• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws during your travels. Any illegal behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

7. Liability

Uppal Travels acts as an agent for the suppliers (hotels, transport companies, etc.) and cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by these third-party services.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
